I’m not one who usually listens to the radio. I enjoy creating my own playlists and listening to the songs that are my favorites, on demand. But the other day, I got in my car, in a hurry to go somewhere. I hit the road, in silence. After a while, I wanted something to listen to and instead of reaching for my phone, I turned on the radio. 103.7 WXCY was on and the beginning of Luke Bryan’s Most People are Good was just starting to pour out of the speakers.
This song hit me like a tidal wave. Even though it came out a few years back, this song is timeless. It made me think about all that we have to be thankful for today, how the little things can make you the happiest, and that we all need to value our time and continue to make good memories with the ones we love.
If you can find 3 minutes in your day to listen to this beautiful message, I believe it will help brighten your day, like it did mine.
