Steve Jobs died a billionaire at the age of 56 after a long-bout with Pancreatic Cancer. According to Jobs’ sister Mona Simpson who delivered her brother’s eulogy, the scene during Steve’s final moments went as follows:
Before embarking, he’d looked at his sister Patty, then for a long time at his children, then at his life’s partner, Laurene, and then over their shoulders past them.
His final words were: OH WOW. OH WOW. OH WOW.
Yet for some reason, the following is often attributed to Jobs as the final words of a dying man. Online fact checkers tell a different story. Perhaps the actual author was fond of the Apple Founder and wanted to leverage Steve Jobs’ success to paint a touching picture for others who fail to reach such financial fortunes.
